KÄSEHELDIN—Cheese Shop Creative Direction Photography
Eva is the “Käseheldin” (heroine of cheese). She started curating and selling the best and most interesting local cheese at the weekly market in Krems an der Donau, Lower Austria. After a while she decided that it was time to open her own shop. Eva asked me to photograph the best of the best, the staples of her business, the cheeses that always have to be in stock. So i tried to find a new way to look at cheese. Bold, colourful and heroic.
