FREIRAUM STP—Cultural institution/Venue Visual Identity Creative Direction Print/Digital Design
FREIRAUM STP was born out of the need for a place to hang, play and be creative with art, music and culture for the youth of St. Pölten, the capital city of Lower Austria. When the city government decided it was time to upgrade the facility and it´s purpose, a new building was put up. I was asked to create their new visual identity and a design system for event posters and social media. One of the few things they have kept from the old building were the square black and red tiles of the bathroom because the team was really attached to them. So i took that as an inspiration and created a simple square grid in which all the elements fall into place.
