FAMILIE ÖTL—Winery Visual Identity Print Design Wine Labels
FAMILIE ÖTL is a traditional family run winery and “Heuriger” in Lower Austria. With the new generation taking over, it was time for a new visual identity, a more modern touch without losing the connection to the long running heritage. I tried to accomplish this task by creating a earthy but bold colour palette, inspired by the shades of the grapes used for the wine, as a simple but effective backdrop for the new monogram, good contrast and a modern but also elegant, clean look and feel. I also took inspiration from the beautiful old wooden gate of the Heurigen / wine cellar and created an icon to be used as a graphic element where needed.
